The New York Distilling Company, based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn heralds a return to the origins of spirit distilling in America.
They wanted to create something different which wasn’t on the market. During their research and development process however, the founders decided there were two different recipes they wanted to take forward; Dorothy Parker American Gin and Perry’s Tot Navy Strength.
Today, the distillery’s spirits line up also includes a New Netherland Gin (a Gin made from an American Rye Whiskey base), a Ragtime Rye Whiskey, and Rock & Rye (a Rye Whiskey with the added rock candy sugar, spices and fruit).
