The House of Nusbaumer has been in the distilling business since 1947, exploiting the knowledge of their ancestors to the best of their abilities. The family produces high quality Eaux-de-Vies and liqueurs based on various fruits. Nowadays it’s managed by Christian and Marianne Willm. They take great care in using the finest Williams pears from the Rhône valley, Anjou and the southwest of France. This plays a key factor in their success and the exquisite taste of their fruit Brandy.
Nusbaumer Poire Williams is aged in earthenware pots or glass containers. They use 28 kg of fruits to produce 1 liter of this Eau de Vie. It's best served beside coffee or after a meal, and chilled to 6-8°C.
