Swiss Gin with eighteen botanicals rested in Vermouth casks.

Ullrích & Co is an interesting business. Oliver Ullrich has worked in Wine, Spirits, and Catering for twenty years. He and his wife Iris Menne-Ullrich formed Ullrích & Co as a "Spirits Production & Consulting" company… and own Liquid Spirits Distillery… and design fashionable cocktail bars… and all of this Spirits industry entrepreneurship is located in Switzerland. Their primary product is the nginious! line of Gins which are delivered in clever bottles shaped like hip flasks.

nginious! Vermouth Cask Finish starts with their core, award-winning Swiss Blended Gin at 43% ABV. It is made from eighteen botanicals, including… juniper, barberry, laurel fruit, citrus and sweet orange peel, fresh grapefruit, cardamom, hay flower, clover blossoms, bee balm, verbena, hyssop, camomile, black currant leaves, orris root, carline thistle root, galangal, licorice. As you can imagine, this collection yields a powerful, aromatic combination. This exceptional Gin is then rested in barrels that previously held Barolo and Cocchi Vermouth.

Few Gin Distillers Make Their Own Alcohol. Gin usually starts with neutral spirit: A commodity that in distillers buy in bulk. It’s what the distiller does with this commodity in the flavor-infusing process that makes each Gin different.

Charlotte
Charlotte,
This Gin has an amazing floral and citrus aroma. It made me think of spring the instant I smelled it. The first flavor I got was very floral, then heavy on the lemon zest, finishing warm and cinnamon like and very smooth. I really enjoyed this one as a stand alone sipper!
