NB Gin’s founders Steve and Vivienne Muir only use the meticulous London Dry Gin process to make their product (named after where it’s made, in North Berwick), which means that all of its flavor comes from the distillation process; no flavor can be added afterwards or in any other way.
Its eight botanicals are juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, grains of paradise, cassia bark, cardamom, lemon peel and orris root.
The result is a classic and somewhat traditional London Dry Gin. This no frills Gin doesn’t use any gimmicks or marketing tactics to sell itself – instead focusing on quality product which speaks for itself.
