― I was fortunate enough to try a glass of this at the end of the distillery tour. Unbelievable smooth on the palate, caramel and molasses. Lingering finish with virtually no after-bite.
― Worth the price if you’re a fan of rum. Very smooth, distinct notes. I’m not used to sipping rum but this got me into it. I did a tasting with this bottle versus five other rum bottles of varying prices. The 1703 was easily the best in quality.
