Fans of craft beer have probably heard of Mikkeller; a Danish brand which has a number of dedicated bars, tasting rooms and bottling shops across the globe.

What you may not know is that they also produce Spirits; a Gin and a Vodka, to be exact. Mikkeller Botanical Gin is made with American Simcoe hops as its base, and is hand-crafted in small batches.

While the full recipe, and the distillery at which it is made, is kept a secret, we do know that there’s juniper, citrus, lemongrass and cardamom involved. A well-balanced Gin with a slightly hoppy touch.
