A golden bottle of liquid culture hand selected by the Master Distiller once each year.
Irish Distillers stubbornly adhere to their time-tested methods and practices for making the world’s most popular Irish Whiskeys, including — among others — the famous Jameson, Redbreast and Green Spot.
Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey is named after Midleton — the location of the distillery. This golden bottle of liquid culture is hand selected by the Master Distiller Brian Nation once each year from a limited selection of premium ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks aged between 12 and 25 years.
Only 50 casks are made each year… that’s it. And if you don’t get your share it’s your own dang fault you cheeky bastard!
