The only singles mixer you'll love. Single Pot Still and Single Grain - Whiskey, that is. Meet your dram match. With more grain Whiskey in the malt, the new frontman of the highly acclaimed Midleton establishment Kevin O'Gorman, we get a gentle and aromatic 37th addition to the famous Very Rare series.

The 2021 edition is clocking in at 40% ABV and might start off dainty, even, but it develops into a long, spicy finish. O'Gorman's cask-connoisseurship shows with this one. Only the finest 13 to 35 years old vintages rested in ex-Bourbon barrels made the cut.
Remember, chemistry like this, it's very rare (as the name suggests) to come across. Claim it. Cuff it. 'Tis the season, anyway.

*This bottle is a collector’s item; we will not be able to entertain any refunds or exchanges.

**Individual orders are limited to one item per person, as we wish to give everyone the opportunity to participate.

***Any kind of transit damage is insured and will be reimbursed.

Whisky or Whiskey? The spelling differs geographically. In Scotland, Japan, and some other parts of the world, distilleries usually spell it Whisky; in Ireland and the USA, they spell it Whiskey.
Irish Whiskey has many varieties: grain Whiskey, malted barley pot-still-distilled, and ‘pure pot-still’ (or ‘single pot still’ as it is now officially known). Then there is Poitin, one of the first Spirits ever made.
The largest pot still in Midleton Distillery is now situated in the front yard of the distillery.
Whiskey producers lose on average about 2% of their stock a year to angels' share. For Jameson, the biggest one of the Irish Whiskey brands, it means 29 thousand bottles going into the air (literally) every day!
William Grant's Tullamore D.E.W. is also produced at New Midleton Distillery.
