— Love it. The smooth yet heavy carmel palate gives way to the nice feeling of warmth .

— Liquid gold. Zesty brown sugar with hints of orange. It nicely coats the mouth, with both sweet and oak finish. This is just layers upon layers of magnificence. Will definitely be getting this again...and again...and again. It's absolute brilliance in a glass.

George,
This stuff if awesome for those that are getting into sipping cask strengths. This brings a whole new level of flavor and complexity that I never knew before in Maker's Mark. This led me to buy a bottle of Maker's Special Reserve and believe me... it is a work of art.

Anthony
Anthony,
I generally drink this one on ice with a few drops of water to open it up. It has such a deliciously oaky lingering aftertaste. It makes me think of the pleasent smell of a nice light spring rain while relaxing on an old wood patio.

David
David,
I drink the majority of my bourbons neat or on a cube of ice. Maker's is one of the best mixing bourbons on the market. It's also pretty darn good neat.

Makers Mark has and will always be on my bar! Cask Strength is my personal favorite. Smooth, and just the right finish. Need any more be said?

Charles
Charles,
Extremely good bourbon, especially on the rocks (or should I say stones).

Bret
Bret,
I am a fan of Makers Mark and Makers 46, so this was the next step. Very similar to the 46 except you can definitly taste the higher alcohol. Still smooth and nice, tasty with a spicy long finish, just a little more heat from the higher ABV!
