Making the impossible possible: American Classic Bourbon Malt with 0% ABV.

Did you know that Australian birds called lyrebirds can imitate practically any sound? Fascinating. Besides being an interesting trivia, this fact also explains why the Australian range of lovingly crafted non-alcoholic Spirits was named Lyre’s. In their range of fine Spirits, you’ll find ANY classic Spirit you can think of but there’s a catch, all their Spirits are 0% ABV. They’re not mere imitations, though. Sure, each honors a classic Spirit but Lyre’s expressions offer their own distinct flavors. Lyre’s sources the finest essences, extracts, and distillates from all around the globe to make a long list of spirits, including Dry London Spirit, Italian Spritz, Italian Orange, all sorts of Cane Spirits, Aperitif Rosso, American Malt and even Absinthe.

Lyre’s American Malt is your gently mellowed American Classic Bourbon Malt with 0% ABV. There’s all the generous vanilla, toasted nuts, and herbal notes you’d want on the gently spiced palate. It’s everything classic Bourbon should be with a slight twist (the bear on the label is there to confirm its authentic flavors, too). Whenever you or your friends don’t feel like drinking the giggly juice (how the good folk at Lyre like to call it) but still want a nice craft cocktail, make an Old Fashioned or even a Boulevardier with Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso and Lyre’s Italian Orange.

About the Flavor Spiral
What does Lyre's American Malt taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavors that you'll taste in Lyre's American Malt and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.

What’s the difference between maceration and vapor infusion?

With maceration, the more delicate botanicals are soaked and cooked in a still. With vapor infusion, the botanicals are placed above the base spirit whilst it’s heated and the vapor passes through the botanicals, becoming infused with the essential oils.
