The aroma is bright and full with notes of concentrated citrus, stewed herbs, florals, and a hint of toasted agave.

The mouth-feel is oily and coating with a fruit-forward palate of grapefruit, savory apple, lemon zest, grilled white plantains, and violets.

Top reviews for Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal:

— Tons of herb flavor and smokiness. Great to sip and enjoy slowly.

— First time trying a Mezcal. I added a dash of water to even out and liked it better that way than neat. Has a very smoky and flavorful taste and a pleasant aftertaste. I didn't particularly like the aroma at first but it has grown on me somewhat. I could certainly see this as being very divisive, a love-it or hate-it sort of experience.

Nic
Nic,
Tastes and smells like paint remover. Even trying to mix it, the strong horrible taste over powers everything. (yes yes you're not supposed to mix but my goodness is this bad)
