Joe,
Greatest glass I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend for all occasions.
Ronan,
Enjoyable, not too sweet. Has toasted, dark notes. I liked it at first but it lost something as I finished it.
Sean,
Very smooth.
Stephen,
Disappointed. Reminded me of Peaty scotch instead of Irish whiskey. At least it was only a sample.
Robert,
Good, not amazing but altogether drinkable
Philip,
Flavors or maple and honey, smooth on the tongue and a pleasant lasting finish. I hope Flaviar makes this available for purchase.
Chris,
Not a fan at all. Very unpleasant middle and finish. Thank god for the red breast.
Lawrence,
Complex taste of vanilla, honey and zest with a finish of pepper and spice
Mark,
Smokier than the flavor wheel indicated.
Rafael,
I liked this one, not strong, nice flavour
Andrew,
Horrible backend
Brian,
Strong notes of oak and the kind of woody flavor that reminds me of a scotch whisky. The next few sips really bring out the honey and a bit of spice. Overall a solid sipping whiskey, and unlike many of the other Irish ones I’ve tried.
Mehdi,
There is nothing to shout about but I love this as a whiskey that doesn't require my attention to drink. Light on the nose with dominant vanilla, oak and orange smell. Light body with medium zesty finish. There is a light peat taste that I enjoy as well.
MICHAEL,
I enjoyed it no end, will be purchasing again
Keith,
Tastes almost peaty... some sweetness and spicy or zestyness as well, but it's lack of smoothness as well as the peat make it difficult to enjoy.
MICHAEL,
Smokey and dark tasting despite the light color
Deven,
Wife loved it, I thought it was just ok
Jonathan,
Very Scotchy, I am not a Scotch fan.
Craig,
Had this in my latest tasting box and chose this one first. Nice flavor with oaky start and spicy finish. Had a bit of a bite and not the smoothest dram...at least for me. Went down pretty easy though and had me wishing I had some more to sample!
Michael,
Strong scent of citrus on the nose. Heavy black pepper note on the taste. Too much pepper taste for my liking.
Brett,
It’s a very nice Whiskey.. not harsh on the Sip down, very balanced with nice smoky citrus flavor
Harrison,
I love this flavor. You get a lot of smokey toasted-ness with some orange peel mixed in. Very unique profile
Jason,
I’m really wondering if this is peated more than 10% it takes over the flavor profile, had to drown in ice to finish a sample. Not my cup of tea.
Jonathan,
Overpowering Smokey oak flavor in the beginning. Smooth, smooth finish, but wouldn’t get rid of that spicy oak flavor.
Tony,
Not my favorite. Got more spice than Vanilla.
Owen,
Takes a minute for the oak to come out but it is tasty and the spice is pretty good as well
Ron,
Aroma: citrus zest and oak
Taste: good balance with spicy oak and maybe some peat
Finish: peppery
Patrick,
Very good! Spicy and oaky and sweet overall! It is honestly very good, it has the perfect spice to go over with a bit of ice
Todd,
It's been a while since I've had this. But it would have to be my favorite Irish whiskey bar none.
Mike,
Good honey sweetness on the nose, followed by the hint of spicy peat with a good but short finish
Brett,
Good, but couldn’t taste the vanilla and honey notes. Not as smooth as many of the other offerings
Antti,
It is a classic, balanced, 'Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey with a fruity birth; while a sweet & woody life; that leads to a quick & gentle death.
Steve,
Great unique taste!
Tia,
So smooth
Deja,
Very smooth & great flavor.
Vicky,
Smooth as silk with a hint of peat.
Katherine,
So smooth, yet interesting! I'm going to try to find a bottle.
