Pacific Edge Wine & Spirits was founded in 2002 by Joel Beth and Richard Trachtenberg in Agoura Hills, California — about halfway between Venture and Downtown Los Angeles. The team has decades of experience in the Spirits industry. Not only do they act as the distributor for major international Spirits brands, but they have a portfolio of Spirits that they own and manage as well, spanning a wide range of Whiskies, Tequilas, Liqueurs, Cognac, Vodka, Gin, and just about everything else you might imagine.
La Pommiere Selection Calvados is a fresh and young Brandy that was aged for 2 years. Weighing in at 80 proof with flavors of stewed apple and nutmeg on the smooth palate, this sipper is ideal for your cocktail hour or, for cooking. The good folk at Pacific Edge Wine & Spirits recommend using it for sauces that go well with chicken, lobster, scallops, for flambé, or for making tasty pastry.
