A sustainable and smooth Vodka from a small village in Finland.

Koskenkorva is a small village on the banks of Kyröjoki River in Finland with about 2200 inhabitants. Life is rather simple there and you could say they’re quite well-equipped for making premium Vodka as they’ve got the northernmost barley in the world, pure Finnish spring water, state-of-the-art equipment and plenty of local farmers to source their ingredients from. Plus, they’re environmentally conscious with the recycling rate at their Koskenkorva plant being at an impressive 99.9% and they’re using regeneratively farmed barley to fight climate change. Oh, and not to mention their award-winning Vodka is absolutely delicious.

Koskenkorva Original Vodka is a sustainable Vodka, made from 100% local barley. It's continuously distilled to get it just smooth enough for that perfect sipping experience. Bottled at 80 proof, it's very clean and neutral with light sweet flavors. There's no hidden tricks or gimmicks, what you see is what you get with Koskenkorva Original Vodka. It is an award-winning Spirit that'll make your cocktail go from good enough to "Let’s have another one, shall we?"

About the Flavor Spiral
What does Koskenkorva Original Vodka taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavors that you'll taste in Koskenkorva Original Vodka and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.

Vodka can be made anywhere in the world and pretty much of any ingredient that contains starch.

For a potato-based Vodka, 12kg (26.5lbs) potatoes are needed to produce a single bottle.
The average life of a $50 bill in circulation is 55 months before it is replaced due to wear.
It looks like potato chips and flavored Vodka are two things where the producers unleash their imagination. Bubble gum, fresh cut grass, pumpkin pie, marshmallow, and coconut water hardly begin to describe the many flavors of Vodka.
Unlike its boozy brethren Bourbon and Scotch, Vodka can be made anywhere in the world. But it’s Eastern Europe that gets the credit for its birth. Just don’t ask Russia and Poland to get to the bottom of it—both argue that they masterminded the Spirit first.
You won't impress the bartender by ordering Vodka-soda, but it's a good choice if you want to avoid unecessary sugar intake and make sure you stay hydrated when consuming alcohol.
Seems that Vodka is a lightweight—quite literally. This clear Spirit actually weighs less than water. One liter of water weighs 1,000 grams, while the same amount of Vodka only clocks in at 953 grams.
