Classic party cocktail to go? Yes, please.
In Hawaii, the sugarcane game is no joke. Kō Hana distillery is dead serious about its craft and has dedicated its entire Rum production to heirloom varietals of this splendid plant. The masterminds behind this operation are none other than Robert Dawson and Jason Brand, who dared to defy convention by using freshly pressed sugarcane juice instead of molasses as the base for their Rum. Their bold move has paid off big time, as they now produce an acclaimed agricole Rum made from hand-harvested sugarcane that is expertly pressed and distilled to absolute perfection. In short, Kō Hana Rum is the liquid embodiment of excellence that will have you feeling like a Hawaiian pirate in no time.
The unbeatable Mai Tai cocktail. Famously claimed to be invented by Donn Beach in 1933 and Victor J. Bergeron in 1944 in California, nobody really knows who the first true inventor was. Despite the uncertainty of its beginnings, the popularity of the Mai Tai could not be rubbed out, so it stayed for good. The fantastic peeps at the Kō Hana distillery took the original recipe as inspiration, and made their very own ready-to-drink Kō Hana Mai Tai Cocktail, an explosion of flavors captured in a 375 ml bottle. Clocking in at 22% ABV and crafted with two Kō Hana Rums, this delicious expression boasts lime, almond and orange flavors. Kō Hana Mai Tai Cocktail is a wicked mix, combining the potency of Rum and the fresh fruitness of a Daiquiri, making for a mean combo in a ready-to-drink form.
