This magical plant is still worshiped on Hawaii islands, nowadays mostly by the Kō Hana distillery. Nurturing different varieties of sugarcane, hand harvesting them, pressing them to juice, and distilling them to perfection, Kō Hana is producing one of the finest Rums in the world.
