― Meaty wet smoke. Like a campfire in the morning with the dew in the air. Slight honey. A little thin with a heavy ethanol due to the proof. Hard caramel on the finish. Musty like pond water with fall leaves. A flash of cranberries comes out of left field and disappears just as fast.
