— Absolutely awesome. Love the Smokey/peat flavor

— This is my first foray into a peated Scotch. Well worth the chance purchase. Nose: Smoky/peaty, vanilla, slightly citrus Palate: Sweet/vanilla, citrus on the sides of the tongue...all with a peat backbone. Finish: Long, smoky, and peaty Didn’t evolve as much as I thought it would, though.

— Peat on nose, smoke in throat, length, sage, burned madrone, sherry

Joris,
Loved it! Those who feel it's too smokey: it's way less so than Ardbeg or Laphroig or Lagavulin. I would say it's got a smokey backbone, but what stood out for me was the citrus overtones. Delightful...
