A lot of math went into creating this limited NAS beauty as it took fifteen barrels to blend it. Four barrels were 8-9 years old, and eleven of them were more than thirteen years old. The nose is pampered by notes of caramel, creme brulee, vanilla, and apple, while the palate enjoys flavors of vanilla, toffee, and pepper. Dixon Dedman didn’t have a particular profile in mind when he started, but this time, he concocted a complex spicy-sweet gem.
