It is an outstanding, intense, 12 year old expression of a Single Malt Japanese Whisky finished in sweet Sherry casks. It has a bitter & dry birth with notes of fig, sweet sherry, bread & cherry; its' life is filled with notes of fruit, plum & dates; while its' death is long & sour with notes mint, licorice, nut, spice, leather & orange.
