There's a lot of sweetness and fruit on the nose with pears, apples, pineapples, a touch of citrus, honey, and vanilla.

Michael
Michael,
Medicine smell and medicine taste...Only good thing I have to say is it was smooth

Darin
Darin,
Does start smooth and has a fruit flavor. It has a strong alcohol finish, but enjoyable

Thomas
Thomas,
A nose that makes you want to sit back in a leather chair and sip... very enjoyable.

Mathew
Mathew,
Not bad I get tropical fruit on the nose and then mixed fruit up front. Then alcohol burn and an instant deep malty biscuit finish that quickly tapers to a lingering sweetness. Not super complex but very drinkable.

MICHAEL
MICHAEL,
Wide range of flavors, all very good. Nice aroma and just felt nice on my palate.

Craig
Craig,
Starts out smooth. Most notably fruity and vanilla. Nice flavors until the finish: alcohol burn and alcohol aftertaste. I really want to like this. Just wish it finished better.

Ric
Ric,
The orange and vanilla and honey notes were very obvious even for this novice

Terry
Terry,
Sweet and delectable, like drinking a marshmallow.

Jordan
Jordan,
Hint of smoke/oak, and malty

Edward
Edward,
Has a nice burn to it, and I could detect many of the flavors in the spiral. I liked that the flavor was still in your mouth a bit after having a sip, and I found some of the flavors more detectable after the sip than during. A good sipping whiskey and would work as a mixer. Definitely not a “shooting” whiskey.

Laura
Laura,
Very fruity, almost floral

Brad
Brad,
Maybe your thing but just not mine.

Todd
Todd,
Decent. 2nd place in the tasting kit. A little better with a drop or two of water.

Brent
Brent,
Great flavor smooth and easy to sip for the long haul.

Steven
Steven,
Light and easy to drink. I love the oaky undertones

Matt
Matt,
Clean, light odor with light vanilla notes. Unpleasant, herbal aftertaste that lingers far too long.

Richard
Richard,
My experience with Irish Whiskey is admittedly limited, but I found this a bit too harsh for my unseasoned palate. Even with a little ice, I couldn't appreciate the flavor.

Luis
Luis,
Not my cup of whiskey.

Mitchell
Mitchell,
Orange, light smoke and honey.

Steven
Steven,
I can taste the malty, biscuit notes while drinking this, but I get an odd metallic aftertaste. I would not recommend purchasing this as a full bottle.

Thomas
Thomas,
Great flavor, smooth, notes of orange

Scott
Scott,
Fruity taste comes through strong!

Steve
Steve,
Extremely harsh. Seems higher in alcohol than it is. Even with a few drops of water never really opened up or became complex. Would be okay as a mixer I guess.

Krista
Krista,
Smooth, tasty. Nice after kick.

Holly
Holly,
Kind of bland and burns. Needs to be mixed to be enjoyed.

Mac
Mac,
One of the best Irish whiskies I've tried. Woody/oaky, with malt and hints of fruitiness. Overall, really good. Would definitely buy again if it wasn't $70+.

Daniel
Daniel,
Fruity and smooth. Not outstanding, but very good all the same

Will
Will,
It’s very good. Very bold heavy flavors and needs time. Like a big cigar. But for me, not my fav. Should be a 7 ranking for more for me as a reminder to not purchase this.

Christopher
Christopher,
Pretty good but not my favorite.

Antti
Antti,
It is a very good, elegant, Limited Release Cask Strength Single Malt Irish Whiskey that has a fruity birth; while a tropical life leads to a balanced death with notes of malt & wood.

Joseph
Joseph,
Nice subtlety as it’s been aged in a bourbon cask; I’m a fan of this one. And it has a kick that sneaks up on you. Nom nom 🤤

rigoberto
rigoberto,
Very balanced, good whiskey

Louis
Louis,
Great Irish but it’s no Bushmills.

Brian
Brian,
this one was a bit harsh for me in the tasting.... not a fan when it's got that harsh bite that takes away from its flavors

Palani
Palani,
For an Irish whiskey fanatic living in the tropics, this lemon, orange dark wood head and honey vanilla finish is everything and anything I could ever want sitting in the 100 Fahrenheit heat and 100% humidity. Warm, comforting, zingy in every way you love. A touch of ice water to open it up a little and you are sitting pretty.

Robert
Robert,
This was a solid whiskey with a definitive fruitiness. Slightly harsh on the way down, but overall I liked it & would recommend.

Luis
Luis,
Smooth and sweet without getting thick in the end.

Evan
Evan,
I actually liked this it went down smoothly and it was my favorite of the tasting box it came in

Doug
Doug,
Rich flavors on the front, harsh finish neat. A little ice / water brings the fruit out nicely.

Conor
Conor,
Fruity. Harsh finish

Kent
Kent,
Good taste. Nice warmth going down.

Anthony
Anthony,
Very smooth. Get the fruity and honey aromas in the beginning. Then the light burn at the end

Kevin
Kevin,
Harsh mouth feel. Wood and orange come through. Bit of a bitter aftertaste

Jerry
Jerry,
Not a fan, didn’t care for the finish.

Jeremy
Jeremy,
A very nice sweet, fruity front end flavor with a woody finish. Certainly better than average, but their a definite burn at the end that loses it a few points in my book. Overall, very good.
