Founded in 2005
Founded by Christian Jensen, Jensen’s Spirits are produced at the Bermondsey distillery in Bermondsey, London. When Christian Jensen first tasted the vintage Gins from London's lost distilleries, he started crafting a finely balanced Gin to honor these forgotten recipes.

So Jensen's is distilled in small batches, using only traditional Gin botanicals. There is nothing new about Jensen's, and that's why it's different. Jensen’s currently has 2 Gins in its lineup, a Dry Gin, and an Old Tom.

Jensen’s Bermondsey Dry Gin is a recreation of a classic, old-fashioned London Dry style. Smooth and rounded, with delicate floral and citrus notes it is an essential gin for a Dry Martini.

The recipe for their Jensen’s Old Tom Gin was taken from a distiller's handbook from the 1840s. A true Old Tom Gin, similar to those used by the bartenders of the mid-to-late 1800s. Unsweetened and earthy, it has a deep flavor that adds complexity to many drinks.

About The Flavor Spiral

What does Jensen's Gin taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Jensen's Gin gin and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
