— Freaking fantastic. Has complexity like the good parts of a sherry aged whiskey without any of the indescribable stuff I don't like with sherry Bartels. Just spectacular.

I love Jefferson. Just not this one

Matt
Matt,
This is one of those bourbons that is unified in experience from the nose all the way down to finish. It's pure wood. The nose is woody, the palate is woody, and the finish is woody. If oak is your preference, this has it in spades. I personally love this bourbon, but I could see how the one-dimensional nature of it could turn some people off. Solid sipper for the money.

guest,
So smooth with flavors of vanilla and a slight Smokey oak. Drink it straight and neat; it won’t disappoint!
