A traditional style of Canadian Whisky and make it luxurious.

It was back in the 19th century when John Philip Wiser emigrated from New York to Ontario, Canada. There, J. P. Wiser was a cattle breeder and he started working at his uncle’s distillery in Ontario first to provide high-quality grains for the animals. In 1857, he became the distillery's manager and bought his uncle out. Besides being one of the first to export cattle to Great Britain, Wiser managed to transform his distillery into one of the largest and most prestigious distilleries in the country that won “Distillery of the Year” four times since 2018.

J.P. Wiser's 15 Year Old Canadian Whisky is a luxurious bottling that introduces you to the traditional style of Canadian Whisky. This blend was aged for at least 15 years in 3 types of casks, which makes it all the more complex: first-fill Bourbon casks for dried fruit notes, used Canadian Whisky casks for the character of grain and yeast, and new virgin oak casks for the very welcome flavors of rich vanilla and sweet caramel. The sweet, soft corn is at the center of the blend but it’s that touch of bold rye that makes all the difference and really creates a superb balance. You already know how to enjoy a fine blend like this: sip it neat or on the rocks but we won’t judge you if you mix it in a high-quality cocktail, either.
