Irishman has three expressions, all crafted by the up and coming, Walsh Whiskey. The first is a single malt Whiskey which is triple distilled and matured in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks.

The second is a blended Whiskey called Founder's Reserve, which has 70% single malt Whiskey in it. The last release is the Cask Strength which has 54% ABV.

All of the Whiskeys are well known for their fruity profiles. The single malt is matured for over 10 years despite being a non-age statement Whiskey.
