The relatively new Tokyo distillery really knows how to create an instant classic. This Single Malt spent five years in special Chibidaru quarter casks that are about the same size of Scottish quarter casks, except their staves aren’t removed, but shortened and repurposed.

The juice from Cask #388 brings sweetness that refuses to fade, and a wonderful fruity aftertaste. Truly small-batch and unapologetically delicious.
