— This is my favorite “go to”. Not too sweet and I pick up the toffee, apple and slight cherry in the aroma with the Caramel, honey and ever so slight butter in the taste. Just a hint of “spicy” but absolutely...awesome! I could sip this with one ice cube or have it in a mixer. Either way, best bourbon I’ve had. Highly recommend and, if you haven’t picked up a bottle, you should.

Definitely spicy with toffee buttery hint. Needed to cool down a bit over a big ice cube to mellow it out.
