What does Hine Bonneuil 2005 taste like?

The Flavour Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Hine Bonneuil 2005 and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavour Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.

Antti
Antti,
It is a delicate, single estate 2005 vintage Cognac from Hine, made with grapes taken exclusively from their own vineyards in the Grande Champagne region, It opens with notes of orange peels, ginger & liquorice allsorts. This develops into notes of anise, fennel seeds & cumin, with some HobNob biscuits too. The palate has notes of jam, honey & raisin, grape, pineapple, balanced with clove & Oriental spices. Hints of cumin, mandarin & pineapple Turkish delight. While the finish is long, soft & drying with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, caramel. Turkish delight & red apple sweetness.
