Antti
Antti,
It is an intense, 'Blended Malt Whisky that has an aromatic birth with notes of fresh-baked brown bread, Highland florals, toffee apples, vanilla fudge & mild smoke; while a bold & rich life adds notes of butter, custard, apricot, lemon drizzle cake, peat, cinnamon & cracked black pepper; that leads to a creamy death of medium length wtih notes of marzipan, caramel, ginger, Sherry, honey'd barley & crushed almonds.

Jeff
Jeff,
Smokey, spicy, sweet and a little bitter all at once. Very approachable

Liz
Liz,
on a rock this was delightful. A bit of smoke, but not overpowering enough so that you can taste the other notes.

arne
arne,
Not my cup of tea. The spiciness overpowers most of the other notes

Matthew
Matthew,
Color is a light straw color. Nose starts with malt, vanilla, and just a hint of sweetness. First sip is very mildly smoky, with notes of spice, vanilla, malt, and a creamy texture. Further notes of subtle fruit later appear. Finish is a long hug of the peaty spice, that seems to intensify rather than fade as time passes. Overall, excellent creamy mouthfeel, excellent finish, good palate, sort of boring nose.

Matthew,
drinkable

Todd
Todd,
Flavor spiral entirely different on card vs what is shown on website. Not sure about that mistake. Butter on the nose but smoky on the taste. Water makes it smokier.

Stephen
Stephen,
Smokey, but not too much. Mild back end flavor. A little too complex with mixing flavors at the back, but a nice drink.

John
John,
Don’t trust the nose. Flavor is better than that. The green oak is strong and over powers the smoke which I appreciate. Overall though the nose though knocks it back for me.

Zachary
Zachary,
Smooth and a nice flavor

Angela
Angela,
Not for us. Not as smoky, which is a good thing, but not that flavorful

Burton
Burton,
Promising nose with a nice balance of light smoke and fruit. But the taste is light and unfulfilling. Decent, but average at best.

Stefanie
Stefanie,
I had high Hope's for this being a peated whiskey. Weird oily taste and feel. Just no.
