Growing from a small 250-gallon still and a Saloon in a historic livery stable to an internationally recognized brand with a traditional 1,600-gallon copper pot still, High West distillery celebrates the Old West and Utah's unique Whiskey history.

Blended in copper pot stills high in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, they bring you a unique take on American Single Malt business. Using a “on-the-grain” method, meaning the grain is not filtered out during fermentation, it leaves behind lush notes of fig, crème caramel custard, and a roasted malt mouthfeel. A toast to cowboys and the American West!
