Full, split-sized portions of all three core Heaven’s Door premium Whiskeys.

In 2018 Bob Dylan registered the trademark for "Bootleg Whiskey", setting in motion a series of events that would lead him to collaborate with Master Blender Ryan Perry and Marc Bushala. The first is an experienced Spirit-crafter who cut his teeth on new & used cask programs for various Spirits under some of the largest producers, the second the entrepreneur behind Angel's Envy Bourbon. In early 2018 they cut a deal to craft a line of Bourbons in collaboration with the famous poet, troubadour, folk-rock music hero, and Nobel Prize winner. This is how the "Heaven’s Door" line of premium Spirits came to be. And unlike many-many other so-called "celebrity brands" that are all marketing hype, it has won over 40 medals along with a bunch of other accolades — presented in stunning artistic bottles.

We love the Heaven's Door Trilogy. As the name implies, this is a set of three. The set comes with a 200ml bottle of all three core Spirits from Heaven’s Door — their eight year-old Tennessee Straight Bourbon, their exceptional Double Barrel Whiskey blend married in new oak, and a Straight Rye Whiskey finished in oak cigar barrels. It’s more than just a sample. This is a great way to thoroughly enjoy all three of Heaven’s Door core line-up neat, on the rocks, AND in a cocktail without compromise.

Flavor Spiral TM
  • vanilla vanilla
  • butterscotch butterscotch
  • spicy spicy
  • chocolate chocolate
  • fruit fruit
  • woody woody
  • honey honey
  • biscuit biscuit
  • toffee toffee
Heaven's Door Straight Tennessee Bourbon:

Appearance / Color
Pale amber

Nose / Aroma / Smell
Strong and warm sweet-spicy nose with hints of cherry and sourdough.

Flavor / Taste / Palate
Full flavors of butterscotch and honey with notes of cinnamon, brown sugar and cherry. Rye lends to a spicier palate.

Finish
Long, nutty and tropical finish.

Heaven's Door Double Barrel Whiskey:

Appearance / Color
Warm Amber

Nose / Aroma / Smell
On the nose we get lovely notes of Cracker Jacks, dried berries, marzipan, and vanilla custard with a dash of that toasted oak.

Flavor / Taste / Palate
Once the Spirit hits the tongue, the flavor profile builds upon the aroma by adding warm butterscotch, baking spices, dark chocolate, and plenty of wood.

Finish
The finish is medium length and rich with shortbread biscuits on the back palate.

Heaven's Door Straight Rye Whiskey:

Appearance / Color
Dark Amber

Nose / Aroma / Smell
On the nose you will find a surprising amount of florals — roses and violets — along with juicy berries and spice cake.

Flavor / Taste / Palate
The palate is rich with a solid mouth-feel and notes of vanilla toffee, wet wood, chocolate cookies, a hint of mango, and a dash of white pepper.

Finish
The finish is warm and lingering with notes of clove and mint.
