Eucalyptus honey.
Smell / Nose / Aroma
Fresh oak, citrusy. Lemons, leading into acacia honey, cooked banana and tropical fruits. A little peat, grassy and flowery.
Flavour / Taste / Palate
Mild with hints of smoke, pepper and lime juice. Clean and straightforward. Sweet malt, alongside melon and pineapple. Distinct vanilla flavour.
Finish
Medium, peppery with a tad of smoke. Apple and grass, also creamy.
