The new Gineration

The G’vine distillery has redefined Gin. Instead of using a grain spirit, like most Gin distillers, they use a grape sprit, infused with the rare vine flower’s berry, which blossoms only for a few days in the summery days of June. The delicate grape berries are immediately hand-picked and macerated in the neutral grape spirit over a period of several days to obtain the best floral essence. The infusion is then distilled in a small Florentine pot still. This Gin is produced in the region of Cognac, where they certainly know their grapes.

G-Vine Floraison is a small-batch Gin, distilled from a grape spirit with 10 fresh whole-fruit botanicals lightened by the strain of Ugni-Blanc vine flower. This cycle is called Floraison in French. Needless to say the creators bring to the table an anomaly, which is unique to other Gins.

What does G-Vine Floraison Gin taste like?

The Flavour Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in G-Vine Floraison Gin and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavour Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
