Gran Corralejo

Corralejo is about Mexico and crafting supreme Tequila with confidence, and we can drink to that! With actual centuries of Tequila-making legacy, this is one of the very few producers allowed to make it outside Jalisco. Gasp!
It's from Hacienda Corralejo in Guanajuato, the birthplace of the man who started the Mexican War of Independence, Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costillo, and the first estate in Mexico to produce Tequila commercially.

This celebratory bottle is one of only 1,600 made in honor of 250 years of Tequila-making tradition and 25 years of Corralejo Tequila.

It's well-aged, double-distilled using the 400-year-old Charentais method invented by Cognac distillers. Slow-cooked 100& Blue Weber agave, double distillation, 5 years of aging Rye Whisky Barrels, and other 'details' like estate-grown ingredients and meticulous fermentation result in what can only be described as a vibrant and decadent offering.

Collectors' item is an understatement here.
