The German Chevalier.
Named after Siegfried of the Nibelung Saga
, who slayed a dragon and bathed in its blood, which rendered him immortal. Unfortunately a leaf from a Linden Tree fell on his back and left him vulnerable in that small spot. The blossoms from the tree are now used as the main botanical in the production of this small batch gin and today it bears the name of this famous German knight. It all started as a project for the love of Gin, just one year ago when Rheinland distillers launched “Siggi”
. In that time Gin already received international awards and was received with great admiration.
