Ben
Ben,
I love this classic scotch, and it's a hands down go-to for most occasions, whether I'm enjoying a nice festive meal or just casually dining. It's also an excellent night cap to finish the day. My Experience: Nose: Honey and Cashews (I think of Honey Nut Cheerios) Palate: another burst of honey flavor coupled with a tangy orange flavor, and a very soft note of vanilla Finish: Aftertaste is predominantly honey, with a slightly stronger note of vanilla. I get the sense of a calm late spring / early summer breeze and feel I could pair this scotch with a wide variety of meals.

guest
guest,
Great tasting all around solid single malt. Nothing too extreme just a straight shooter in what a light simple scotch should taste like.

Jon
Jon,
My go to scotch. I typically lean toward a more peaty scotch but this year is the perfect old friend.

Matthew
Matthew,
Smooth, sweet, peppery. Pretty standard scotch, nice finish with a little burn. I'd very much like to try some older varietals.

Travis
Travis,
So I'm not a huge scotch guy. Love irish, love bourbon and rye, still getting acquainted with scotch. I was told try Monkey shoulder - wasn't a huge fan. Was told that if I didn't like Monkey shoulder, I should try this...and damn if that wasn't right. I get a fermented apple, almonds and raw honey on the nose. On the palate it starts with a sweet honey, citrus, some almond & a really nice creamy finish. Really well balanced whisky, and something that will keep me trying new types of Scotch.

This is a very smooth whiskey, with a clean aftertaste. To me, it is a great whiskey that can be had at any occasion.

Mostly orange/citrus and vanilla on the nose. Pretty much the same on the palate, orange and vanilla cream. Very pleasant and light, but not too complex.

Ryan
Ryan,
One of my go-to inexpensive bottles. Very smooth and tasty, high value for the price.

Perfectly fine and great value. Nice everyday tipple but can't praise it much more than that...

Ok. is rather mild

Andy
Andy,
you can't beat this product for the price. I paid $30 and it was well worth it. Very sweet and smooth. I tasted nutmeg and banana bread!

Sweet with a subtle coconut finish. Soldi for the price point.

Not too peaty, but with fruit notes I enjoy.

Scotch is not my thing. I just keep it for guests.

Anthony,
Solid Scotch. Great starter for new Scotch drinkers. I personally prefer the other products in the Glenmorangie line. The bottle I have is 43%.

Gary
Gary,
Great! Light, smooth, and very easy drinking.

Antti
Antti,
It is an outstanding, delicate, Single Malt Whisky with a thick & rich birth; while a fresh & balanced life leads to a long & fruity death with notes of malt.

Richard
Richard,
Smell strong vanilla some honey and slight spice. Smooth mouth feel, tastes prominently of citrus and slightly of vanilla, has a spicy after taste. Pretty drinkable, an acidic finish that is not preferable. I wouldn't mind drinking this but probably wouldn't purchase a bottle.

Derek
Derek,
Excellent and simple single malt. No peat or smoke, but none needed. Nice linger.

Michael
Michael,
I liked it. Really good. Easy up front and then it kicks in

guest
guest,
Almost too mild for me. Good citrus notes.

Justin
Justin,
Not my cup of tea. The 12 year lasanta (sherry cask) is way better.

Doug
Doug,
Fabulous whisky. Great mouthfeel with the soft creaminess. It's remarkable that this is only a 10-year old and so cheap. An absolutely perfect "every day" Scotch.

Charles
Charles,
This is my go-to whisky. Love it.

Jeff

Tory,
first good bottle of scotch, really helped open up my palate. Very sweet smelling nose, I tasted the caramel notes and some toffee, which were delicious. the burn was very subtle, only during the finish. Excellent when paired with a mild Cigar
