Exquisite Irish Single Malt Whiskey aged fifteen years in Bourbon casks and two more years in rare Mizunara oak.

Glendalough was founded by "five friends from Wicklow and Dublin." They began their journey creating Poitín — a traditional Irish distillate made in very small pot stills (sort of like small batch Irish Moonshine). From there it was a short and easy step into a variety of Irish Whiskeys and Herbal-infused Gins as well. Everything is made by hand with a good measure of love.

The story of this particular Single Malt is a very interesting one. It started as a Classic Irish Single Malt Whiskey aged for fifteen years in ex-Bourbon casks. But that was far from the end of it. The folks at Glendalough then put the Spirit in rare, Japanese Mizunara oak casks for another two years.

Glendalough 17 Year Old Single Malt is a rich, thick, and exotic expression of their signature Irish Single Malt. And bottled at a perfect 46% ABV, it’s one worth a taste.
