A bright, fragrant Swiss Aperitif with notes of ginger, citrus, and honey.

Belle Giselle is a boutique maker of Swiss Spirits specializing in Aperitifs — that special category of Spirits designed to be sipped before a meal or used as a mixer in fine cocktails. They currently have a line of two products — Giselle Apéritif Naturel and Giselle Chaud. Both are made in Switzerland from local ingredients and distilled in an historic Swiss facility.

Giselle Apéritif Naturel was their first offering. It is made by infusing neutral Spirits with quince, lime, and ginger root. And while it is very tasty on it’s own, it is delightful added to Prosecco or Pale Beers. It also makes a fun addition to a Moscow Mule with complimentary flavors. And allow us to add that served on the rocks it pairs very well with a charcuterie plate.
