Join the club1 of 6,440 bottles of a real Texas Bourbon.
We love all the hard-toiled, passionate, craft distillers of the world. But the Garrison Brothers stand out in that crowd a bit taller than most. You see, they don’t farm out anything. Every step from cooking the mash to bottling happens right there on site at their distillery in Hye, Texas. They make Bourbon in a range of ages and finishes, but it all started with the famous “barrel #6” that yielded their signature Texas Bourbon Whiskey.
Now, meet the 2021 edition of Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon. The barrels were handpicked by Dan Garrison and Mater Distiller Donnis Todd to show you everything a Texas Bourbon can be. In this case, it’s a velvety-smooth and flawless dram that clocks in at an uncut 131.3 proof. It’s unfiltered, which means all those lovely notes of raspberry chocolate pie, whipped ganache, and cherries remain untouched. Oh, and only 6,440 bottles were produced.

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavors that you'll taste in Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon 2021 and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.
We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
Speaking of breeding winner horses, two of Pinhook’s co-founders have horseracing in their DNA. Jamie Hill and Mike McMahon continue the tradition of their families as third-generation horsemen, owning a bloodstock agency and a thoroughbred racing company. Applying that knowledge to Whiskey just made sense.
Limestone Branch Distillery, which produces Yellowstone Bourbon, also makes Minor Case Bourbon and Bowling & Burch Gin.
