― Finally opened this one and let it breathe for 10 minutes. Enjoying it neat in a wine glass. I cannot get over how smooth this Cognac is. The more I let it breathe, the better it gets. Just blown away. A fantastic 46th birthday gift for myself.

― My first experience drinking cognac (usually a bourbon guy) and I have to say this really impressed me. It’s so smooth and easy to drink that I had to stop myself from having too much in one sitting. Smells sweet and the initial taste is that way too. Long, smooth finish. Might have to grab another bottle since my first one might not last long!
