― Nice finish with this bourbon. Bit spicy, nice floral note, vanilla came through also. With a few drops of water it was a bit too subdued. I’d stick with neat here. I’d love to have this whiskey again.

― I was able to enjoy a bottle of Four Roses OESO Cask Strength, Single Barrel Select, 2016. Which was an outstanding, balanced, cask strength, sipper; with a birth of spicy oak; a life of dried fruit & a long herbal death.

― I enjoyed this bourbon very much. Strong notes of caramel with a bit of butterscotch and cinnamon. Long, pleasant finish. Bottled at cask strength, I was pleasantly surprised that it was very smooth even when served neat.
