We’re here to tell you that botanically diverse New Western style Gin is having its moment.
Though the Dutch and the Belgians are cited for the first appearances of this juniper-forward Spirit, the Brits were soon to put their own spin on it.
But we’re going to the other side of the pond today. The three innovative Gins that you’ll get to taste in this bundle are concocted by some of the best new Western Gin-makers in the 50 States. Get your tonic ready — or not, your call — and get your friends, it’s G o’clock.
Hailing from New York, The Brooklyn Distilling Company Brooklyn Small Batch Gin (40% ABV) is a rich and lively Gin that’s crafted from hand-cracked and hand-peeled juniper berries.
Bluecoat American Dry Gin (47% ABV) is Pennsylvania-born and puts juniper on the central stage of this Gin. Supported by an orchestra of Mediterranean botanicals and organic American sweet citrus, this soft Gin keeps things interesting with a classic citrus-forward finish.
St. George Spirits Terroir Gin (45% ABV) is made in a 65,000-square-foot hangar in Alameda, California, by some of the most meticulous distillers in the nation. It’s distilled with Douglas fir, California bay laurel, coastal sage and other evocative botanicals that bring hints of citrus and vegetal notes on the juniper-forward palate.
