Few Spirits was
founded in 2011 in the city of
Evanston, Illinois, the
birthplace of the Temperance movement. This craft distillery put a stop to long-standing and antiquated dry laws.
Hidden down a dark alley in a
former chop shop, founder
Paul Hletko and his skilled team are crafting the finest spirits made from
corn, rye and barley.
Few Spirits are produced in a former repair shop for cars of unknown ownership. The distillery boasts a 2,700-square-foot distilling floor and a 400-square-foot tasting room.
The
grain-to-glass operation uses
exclusively locally sourced ingredients to craft their award winning lineup:
FEW Bourbon, FEW Whiskey, FEW Gin, FEW Barrel-Aged Gin, FEW Breakfast American Gin,
FEW Single Malt, and FEW Rye Whiskey.
