FETTERCAIRN

Fettercairn is one of those interesting malts in the market. It's generally known for its unpeated character and lighter body. Despite the actual single malt White & Mackay blends usually have Fettercairn malts in them. Independent bottlings are also noticed which is handled by Douglas Laing.

Whisky profile has a distinctive oaky and fruity character. Aside from oak, dry fruits, chocolate, spices and cocoa nuances are strongly felt within its Whisky catalogue. Unconventional cooling also prevents it to have a sharp, strong alcohol character and brings out nutty, lighter and easy drinkable profile.

What does Fettercairn taste like?

The Flavour Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Fettercairn scotch whisky and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavour Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
