Top reviews for Farthofer Nackthafer Oat:

― In terms of taste, its definitely more Irish in its character than Scottish. You do get some of the described notes of caramel and vanilla, but it is quite a harsh whisky and so that can overpower the palate. It probably needed longer to mature before going in the bottle, although saying that I have tasted worse. For the price though, theres better out there. Much better. And on that note, its only a 50cl bottle instead of 75cl, which further lowers its value.

― Detested this. Very harsh. Some strange flavours and smell. Couldn't drink it. Gave it away.
