Top reviews for Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon Vintage 2010:

― Not as sweet as many bourbons I’ve had much more of spicy finish that I really enjoyed

― Colour dark yellow, very nice. Looks like there will be something here. Super interesting nose, warm, not sweet, grains! Some fruit, tates? Taste is complex, not too sweet either. Still has honey in it. Fun, warms the mouth. Pepper. Thick bourbony general feeling, sharpish, tastes like splinters. Some bread. Liked this the dirst time around but now I can’t get excited about this at all. Also the cork seems cheap and is starting to break for my bottle. Not going to get another one of these.
