This tasty spiced rum was launched during the Summer for 2010. Elements 8 combines top quality dark rum with lovely Caribbean spices, as well as fruit and honey. This stuff is aged in bourbon barrels and this imparts even more delicious vanilla sweetness and flavour.

About the Flavor Spiral
What does Elements 8 Spiced Rum taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavors that you'll taste in Elements 8 Spiced Rum and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.

On May 2, 2007 Saint Lucia Distillers was struck by a major fire nearly destroying the blending facility. Thankfully the majority of the facility was salvaged but the damage created unique storage problems, forcing the cellar master to resort to finding unusual places to store the Rum barrels. As a result a lot of them were misplaced. When these “forgotten casks” reappeared they were turned into an extra aged Chairman’s Reserve, which received much critical acclaim.
