― My expectations weren't high on this, expecting a letdown on a gimmick scotch again. However, for myself and bro-in-law, this turned out to be a great birthday gift. He finished 2/3 of it before I had an opportunity to try it. It was a very easy sipper with more complex, but subtle flavors that a scotch newbie and a intermediate drinker could enjoy. Slight smoke, peat, but lots of sweet come across in the nose and palate, while the finish is medium long. Is it great from my experience? Nope. But is it a real good dram at a good price. Yep. Enjoy and cheers!

― Nose is very light, with notes of grain and coconut. Palate starts with toffee/caramel taste, followed with some summer fruit, oak and a lingering spice on the finish. This one surprised me, better than I thought it would be
