Character Dogson
A single bottle of Dalmor, from the "Trinitas" release, was the first bottle of Scotch Whisky to sell for more than $100,000.
The twleve-pointed stag is called the "royal stag" called "the caberfeidh." Colin Kintail of the Clan Mackenzie, saved the life of King Alexander II of Scotland in 1263, when he was charged by a stag. The grateful king awarded him lands, and the right to use the royal stag logo in the Mackenzie family crest.
Gleann Mόr has also bottled a 30-year-old single cask Armagnac in its Rare Find collection.
Gleann More specializes in unusual single cask releases. Its expressions often include exclusive vintage Whisky. These expressions are released under the 'A Rare Find' label and are all bottled at cask strength.
