― light and easy mouth feel with a spicy finish. Hints of coconut and vanilla. I tried it neat and in a daiquiri. Not so good neat, but pretty amazing in a daiquiri with Demerara syrup and fresh lime juice.
― Very little on the nose, molasses on the palate, and flame on the finish. Not enjoyable to sip, but acceptable in a mixed drink with strong citrus flavors.
